2. Services Provided
Mastercraft Construction specializes in custom construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. All services are subject to availability and specific agreements outlined in project contracts. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship tailored to your needs. Please note that results may vary depending on the project scope, materials, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Consultations and Proposals
Your project begins with a personalized consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and functionality requirements. Afterward, we provide a detailed proposal that includes:
- Scope of work
- Estimated costs
- Project timeline
The proposal must be reviewed and approved before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must adhere to the following structure unless otherwise specified in your contract:
- 30% Deposit: Due upon signing the contract.
- 35% Milestone Payment: Due on the project start date.
- 20% Progress Payment: Due as the project nears completion (as defined in the contract).
- 15% Final Payment: Due upon project completion and approval.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services.
5. Subcontractors
At Mastercraft Construction, we frequently work with trusted subcontractors to complete specific aspects of our projects. These subcontractors represent our company, and we take full responsibility for their work.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of their work, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will address any concerns promptly.
6. Work Environment and Safety
We prioritize maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout your project. Our team follows industry-standard safety protocols to minimize disruptions and ensure the well-being of everyone involved.
We encourage you to communicate any safety concerns to us during the project.
7. Warranties and Liability
Mastercraft Construction guarantees the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project agreement.
While we strive for perfection, certain unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, supply chain disruptions) may impact project timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by these external factors but will communicate updates proactively.
8. Project Modifications
Any modifications to the project scope after the agreement is signed must be:
- Requested in writing
- Reviewed and approved by both parties
Changes may result in additional costs and/or adjustments to the timeline, which will be documented in a formal change order.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the terms of the contract are not upheld. In the event of termination, additional fees may apply to cover work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
